If you are still on the old HELM system then you need to migrate to the new servers, to do this you will need to sign-up and create a new account on the new system. If you wish to use your exisitng domain then you will need to backup your data and delete it from helm first. Please refer to September 2011 newsletter for more details.

WebSitePanel system

This is the new control panel and new Cloud infrastructure, introduced 22nd September 2011, so if you signed up after this date then this is what you are using.


HELM system

This is the old hosting control panel and old servers that most users are still using. This system is being retired and all users will be required to migrate to WebsitePanel
