The time has come once again to do a clean-up of all the developer hosting accounts that are no longer active to make more space for new users on the servers.
At the end of this month on 31st August I will be deleting any account that has not been logged into for the last 90 days.
If you have a free hosting plan and are still using it and have not logged into your account since 31st May 2010, then all you need to do is visit the HELM Control panel and login before the end of the month. If you have forgotten your login details then you can use the lost password option on the login page, but please only do it once otherwise you will reset your password multiple times which always causes confusion.
If you are no longer using the free hosting and happy for your account to be deleted or have any other issues then please submit a support ticket or contact me via get satisfaction
