The hosting servers have now been upgraded tot he latest ColdFusion 9.0.1 so all the new features are available to all members.
If you are using solr collections, then you will need to reindex them.

You can find the answer to all those questions on the hosting page which shows what you get in each plan.
It seems you wish to do commercial hosting, as it says on various places on the site, cfmldeveloper is for development only, so I think you need to look elsewhere for your UNLIMITED cheap hosting.
